  I walked in a customer, and walked out a friend. Christina is hands down the best sales associate in the phone industry I have ever encountered. From the moment my family and I walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and willfully helpful people. The entire staff is knowledgeable about their products and services. We were politely offered complimentary waters during our stay. Christina kept things real, clear cut, and was very approachable. I'll be back for anything phone related thanks to her and the entire squad. Oh, and the store is impeccably clean and superbly organized. Honestly, it was a 10/10 experience at this new T-Mobile store.

  I had a great experience upgrading my phone. Jon was very friendly, helpful, knowledge, and went over all the pros and cons of the phones and plans to make the best decision for me. I recommend you see Jon and the staff for great customer service.
