  Only 5 stars?! Try 100 stars!! The minimum number of prescriptions our family gets filled each month is 9, but most months it's closer to 15, and sometimes more. When we first moved to the area 6 years ago we learned that pharmacists could deny filling scripts due to their personal beliefs and feelings, regardless of what FL law states/allows and what your Dr is prescribing. That meant our scripts were scattered throughout the Palm Bay area, including another CVS location, and it was a huge PITA! After experiencing several errors with our medications -incorrect pill count, not having meds in stock (for reoccurring monthly scripts), constant staff turnover, and never a smile from an employee, I went to the Emerson Rd CVS and was told our scripts would not be an issue and would be filled. They even contacted all of the pharmacies to have them transferred over so I didn't have to make all of the calls and deal with it. By the end of the day All scripts were transferred there and I couldn't be happier! Based on the service our family receives and what we have witnessed each staff member providing to all of their customers and patients, it is obvious that only the best of the best will be employed at this store! Even when Hurricane Irma was approaching and people needed to prepare for the worst case scenario by picking meds up early, the entire staff did everything in their power to ensure that everyone got the medications they needed and they remained opened until the day b4 landfall...when several other pharmacies closed days early to prepare. Even at the craziest and most stressful of times, this staff provided customer service that went above and beyond anything expected, including calling other pharmacies to find the medications needed at this crazy time. And All of this was done with a smile! The level of care they provide, the knowledge they have and share, and the little things they do to help their customers and patients is amazing. What is even more amazing is it's not just 1 or 2 staff members that are like this. It is the ENTIRE staff! To have an entire staff of kind, caring, and knowledgeable people is a direct reflection of their store manager, Christine, and how she leads by example. It's too bad not all CVS locations are run like Christine runs this store. It is a true pleasure working with them and I'm blessed we were lucky to find such wonderful people to help us with our medication needs. It's nice to know Christine and her staff are there for us!
