  So disappointed...went there yesterday at about 4 pm and they were already closed. Yet the sign on the door say they close at 5. They're a UPS access point and holding onto my mother's Christmas present and of course they're not open today. If they were going to close earlier than normal business hrs it would've been professional to notify the customers. Had I known they were going to close earlier I could've made different arrangements to pick up my package! This is just very upsetting!
