  HORRIBLE! Don't buy anything from this store. Their customer service is horrible! I once ordered with them and my experience was fantastic, so I decided to make another purchase. That was not a good idea. I ordered furniture online during a sale. The confirmation stated I would have my furniture in 5 days which would have been a Thursday. I took time off work to be home...I got no phone call or anything. I called to check status they said they just got my furniture in that day on the truck and couldn't deliver until Friday. I reluctantly accepted and had my husband take off early to be there.they said after 3pm (she never mentioned it would be from 3pm-7pm) they showed up in the 15 minutes window that my husband left to pick up kids from daycare(we "missed" them). I called early Saturday morning to see if it could be delivered (my day off) they said no they were busy. The manager I spoke with said "I promise it will be delivered tommorow even if I have to deliver it personally, you will have your furniture tomorrow"! Today is Monday, I called and I was told, "I made a mistake and put you down for tomorrow". I told him i dont want it. I cant afford to take another day off.I completely lost it. i have taken off too many days to get furniture delivered. This is the worst furniture delivery experience I have ever had. This is absolutely ridiculous! I'm furious!
